Back by popular demand from its debut last year, Beer Garden at Glensheen. A new Wednesday night event series for the month of June.
As we continue Chester and Clara’s love of highlighting the talent in our own state we are showcasing the awesome brewing companies we have here in the twin ports.
This event is also a throwback to the public beer garden that was on the estate when it was the Tischer Farm prior to the Congdon’s owning it.
A different local brewery will be featured each week of Beer Garden. Guests will have the opportunity to sip on their beer and chat with the brewers in the Amusement Room. Brewers will give a short talk about their brewery and beer a half hour into the event at 7:30 pm.
While the event will take place in Winter Garden, the grounds will be open and exploration is encouraged!
The evening will be complete with yard games like bags and ladder golf on the estate. Get ready to enjoy Glensheen’s grounds with a local craft beer in hand.
Then finish the night with a bonfire on the shore of Lake Superior.
Event admission is free to the public. Beer will be sold at cash bars.
