Glensheen’s First InstaMeet

Saturday, August 22nd at 6:00 am the public is invited to experience a sunrise on Glensheen’s shore of Lake Superior and have the opportunity to explore the grounds of Glensheen for Glensheen’s first-ever InstaMeet.

InstaMeets are events happening globally where Instagrammers meet each other, share photography advice and create content together to post on their personal feeds. An exciting aspect of the adventure of InstaMeets is collaborating with others to document an experience and location. You can do this easily with hashtags and location tags. Be sure to use #InstaMeet,#InstaMeetDuluth#glensheen and Glensheen’s location tag, ‘Glensheen, the historic Congdon Estate’.

Other useful hashtags are, Explore MN’s #OnlyinMN and Visit Duluth’s, #authenticduluth, Destination Duluth’s #destinationduluth as well as the organic #lakesuperior. This way, it is easy for fellow instagrammers to see all of the wonderful photos you have taken.

No need to worry about the early morning, coffee will be provided!

With official sunrise is 6:15 am, feel free to arrive as early as 5:45 am.
