Sunday Funday – Learning about the Original Congdon Winter Sleighs

Glensheen is continuing the programming series for kids called, “Sunday Funday.” The new programming offers parents and their young children the chance to learn and be engaged with art, history, and fun.

On January 27th, we will be taking a personalized winter tour to see all the winter gear the Congdons had! We will see and learn about the Congdon Sleighs up in the Carriage House.

Please come at least 5 mins before the time slots of: 1:15PM, 1:45PM, or 2:15PM.
Please indicate below in the comment section which time slot you will be able to attend.
Each personalized Sunday Funday tour will last 30 mins.

Sunday Funday – Snowshoes and Sledding

Glensheen is continuing the programming series for kids called, “Sunday Funday.” The new programming offers parents and their young children the chance to learn and be engaged with art, history, and fun.

Happy New Years! On January 20th, we will be sledding at Glensheen! But the fun does not end there! We will also be able to try out some snowshoes to use around the grounds.

Glensheen is continuing the new programming series for kids called Sunday Funday. The new programming offers parents and their young children the chance to learn and be engaged with art, history, and fun.

November is all about being thankful and letting your loved ones know how much you appreciate them. For the Sunday Funday on November 25th, we will be learning to appreciate each other through our stories. We will be listening and sharing stories. There will be a reading of a cultural story about giving thanks told at the beginning of each time slot.

These gifts are perfect to give out during World Kindness Day on November 13th.
