Glensheen gives back with a day of free tours
On Thursday, May 21st Glensheen will host a day of free of standard house tours to visitors. This celebrates the 36th anniversary of the Congdon’s home opening to the public and the estate’s return to full, 7-days a week summer hours.
The complimentary Community Day begins at 9:00 a.m. and the last tour starts at 4:00 p.m. Tickets will only be available in person at the ticket house, located at the base of Glensheen’s parking lot. The standard house tours will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Glensheen staff recommends arriving early, as the limited number of tickets is often spoken for by early afternoon.
